Possible First Look at 2022 Exclusive Twin Twist and Waspinator Redecos

Two images popped up online of Transformers toys in new decos which do not appear to be customs (meaning the plastic colour is different). One is a redeco of Titans Return Twin Twist and the other is a redeco of the Kingdom Waspinator mold using the mutant head. While they appear random at first, we recall this bit of news from a little while ago which I am posting here as a refresher:

As rumoured, that Twin Twist toy does not have traditional colours and rather has the Diaclone colours (image of vintage toy in box below).Speaking of Diaclone, the villains were the Waruders, which Botcon had already given us using the older Waspinator mold. Well, this purple redeco could be a Waruder to match that theme. It's not for certain if these will all be released in the same subline or not.

New Details on Velocitron Line: Product Numbers, Who gets Shortpacked and More

The release of the Walmart Exclusive Velocitron line is getting closer and closer. For those unaware, this is basically the replacement for the Netflix lines which were also exclusive to Walmart. While there was some connection to the show, many toys in the line were just ways to release more product that didn't even look like the show. And it gave us some really sought after figures like Bumblebee and Soundwave.

Well, now we have more info on the line. Since it is based on the theme of racing vehicle modes, these will come packed in alt mode, at least that's the rumour. Below you will find all product codes along with how many are in a case and which mold it is RUMOURED to be based on. As with the Netflix line, all of these toys are based on a mainline mold BUT the range goes from straight redeco (like with Clampdown) to mostly new parts (like Cosmos). Thanks to JTPrime17 we have product codes for two toys we already had rumours of: Hauler and Override. Both are voyagers and both are part of the Walmart exclusive Velocitron line made up of redecos. Hauler will of course be a redeco of Grappel, we even saw him already in the recent Wreckers comic. Override is said to be a redeco of SS voyager Hot Rod, but that is just a rumour. Then again, which other voyager mold would work for Override?

Thanks to our usual reliable insider that prefers to go unnamed we've got some possible insight on the next Collaborative set that was recently listed at Gamestop. It appears we're finally getting not one but two long awaited crossover sets with G.I. Joe!

-It is a GI Joe set
-It is the first of 2 sets
-Unless plans have changed, it is going to include a pre-existing TF character
-$90 is indeed the price
-It'll be revealed during the next upcoming GI Joe reveals

Sounds like we wont be waiting long for our first look! Details like if they'll be compatible with Joe figures or release timeframe haven't been given yet, but we should have all of that info in due time if it everything pans out.

Greetings all! Thanks to fellow Seibertronian Worleybird056, we have an interesting new store listing to bring to you. Searching through the internal store listings, they found a listing for a "Transformers BB Legacy Voyager Dinobot", as can be seen below. Given that the Buzzworthy Bumblebee (BB) line is exclusive to Target, we can guarantee this figure's release at Target in the U.S. The not yet officially confirmed blue Bluestreak is rumored to come out on the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line as a Legacy add on to that line, as well. Though what the figure is that belongs to this listing remains to be seen. Could it be a re-release of Kingdom Dinobot in a different color scheme? Could it possibly be an 86 movie version of Swoop, at the Voyager size class? We are getting 86 movie figures in this line, after all.

With no official word from Takaratomy about Masterpiece Cliffjumper, this next story should be taken with a grain of salt.

The Japanese Transformers fan blog Autobase Aichi has reported on news that was originally found on Chinese social media, that of a comparison between the potential Masterpiece Cliffjumper figure, and the figure it shares parts with, MP-45 Bumblebee.
