Thanks to the
ThreeZero Facebook page, we have our first look at one of their newest offerings in the Deluxe size class, Transformers The Last Knight Optimus Prime!
Optimus appears here in the knight body style he picked up in Age of Extinction and held onto for The Last Knight. This body has been difficult for toys to replicate, so this is quite possibly the best looking figure this Prime design will ever get. Optimus got a single teaser image, showing him standing stoic with his sword. He looks to continue the trend of high levels of detail, paint work, and attention to the CAD file as has become common with the ThreeZero figures.
While we have no hard release date yet or a price, ThreeZero did indicate Prime is meant to come out this year, following the release of The Last Knight Bumblebee who is meant to see release this year as well.

Thanks to a post over at
Fuji's Ecological diary, we have our first in hand images of the upcoming Transformers Studio Series NEST Bumblebee. NEST Bumblebee is a repaint of the Bumblebee movie Jeep Bumblebee figure in NEST colors, homaging the NEST subline from the first movie that was primarily Cybertron era repaints. The figure comes in the standard NEST gray with translucent green, stark contrast to the original yellow. The figure also comes with the Sam figurine that originally came with the Revenge of the Fallen Bumblebee figure.
The history on this figure is a little convoluted, so it is uncertain where this figure was originally meant to come out, but it has been postulated that it was originally supposed to go to Universal Studios, much like the Universal Studios Megatron release. This figure is currently available to preorder and is expected to see its full release in April.

We have two pieces of news regarding paramount and their Transformers franchise. Firstly, a set of film dates appeared on
Twitter which seems to be Paramount's slate for the next couple of years. On it we see the untitled animated Transformers film with the date of July 19, 2024. We know very well by now that dates always change (as we see with Mission Impossible in this same list) but at least we know they have an idea of it's release window and that it is still an ongoing project.
Speaking of things that are no longer ongoing, Skydance had a first look deal with Paramount and they are ending that deal and giving it to Apple instead. However, they still have the right to co-finance and co-produce Transformers movies, so what this means exactly for our beloved franchise is not clear. We have the quote from the
Hollywood Reporter below if you need more info.
"David Ellison’s prolific Skydance Media and Apple Original Films have struck a first-look deal for a slate of live-action movies in another sign that Apple is getting serious about biting off a piece of the event movie business.
In turn, Skydance is ending its long-running first-look deal with Paramount Pictures, although Skydance will still have the right to co-finance and co-produce such franchises as Mission: Impossible, Top Gun, Transformers and Star Trek beyond those installments already in the offing, such as 2022 Tom Cruise pics Top Gun: Maverick and Mission: Impossible 7."

Greetings Seibertronians!
Thanks to a tip off from fellow Seibertron user,
D-Maximal_Primal, we've learned of a new reveal for the Transformers Studio Series 86 line: Core Class Exo Suit Spike!
The reveal was made by
Twitter user, Sixo, and it is unknown at the moment where they discovered it.
The toy depicts Spike in the Exo Suit that he wore in the 1986 Movie (and the same design as the one given to his son, Daniel). While there has been numerous attempts at the exo Suit in toy form, such as the one that was part of the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line, and the static one that came with last year's Studio Series 86 Leader Class Slug.
What do you think of this?
Will you be getting Spike? Or any other Studio Series Core Class?
Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!
