It looks like the Age of Extinction/Lost Age toys are unwilling to leave us, as a new redeco has shown up on Toys'R'Us Japan's website. Admittedly, we had heard of it before, but check out below some very nice shots of the TRU Japan exclusive Black Knight repaint of the AD-31 Armor Knight Optimus Prime, including shield and sword accessories, and the faceplate switch gimmick!

Age Of Extinction Power Attackers Claw Crush Junkheap
Remember Dark Of The Moon? (Of course you do!) Remember the scene when the Decepticons make their appearance in D.C. and everyone wanted that awesome Waste Management garbage truck bot? (It was quite cool, actually.) Well, sadly we didn't get one then, but we're finally getting one now! In a special arrangement with Waste Management, Hasbro has been given the rights to affix the WM company logo on a Decepticon figure and that figure is Power Attackers Junkheap! A few years late, but better late than never, eh?
A different take on the Waste Management garbage truck bot was used in Age Of Extinction, they were created by KSI and the three components formed the garbage truck, in the film and they had an on screen appearance lasting less than 10 seconds. (Sadly.) So, the figure we've been waiting for is actually based off of one component of a three bot vehicle.
Sadly, he's packed one to a case and that case is part of the final assortment of Age Of Extinction figures, so chances are that most retailers probably won't be carrying this assortment of figures, meaning both Junkheap and his wave mate Vehicon (which you can see, here) are going to be extremely difficult to find, and even more so for a good price.

According to Deadline, an industry trade website, Transformers: Age Of Extinction was the clear winner of 2014, having the largest box office take of the year, it even beat out other big greats such as American Sniper and The Lego Movie!
2014 wasn't the strongest box office year, movies didn't sell as well as they had in past years and the economy has been rough on a lot of people, so frivolous spending such as going to the movies (which can be incredibly expensive) is out of the question for some, if not many.
With this in mind, seeing Age Of Extinction take the number one spot is awesome for us Transformer fans because the brand is still alive and fresh, even with new and casual fans as well old school who've been here since the beginning. With more Transformers success, the more Transformers toys and series we'll get and that's always a good thing.
THE BOTTOM LINE: Transformers: Age Of Extinction turned in a $245M domestic gross, did $545M foreign and another $301M China (Paramount kept $75 million of that), for a total of $1.09 billion. That is just short of the last installment, Transformers: Dark Of The Moon, which grossed $1.12B to become the first Transformers to crack the billion dollar gross mark.

Yexel's Toy Museum has created a 1:1 scale, life sized bust of Movieverse Optimus Prime (1-3, not the AoE redesign) and is hosted in a special display room that features a NEST control room design, as well as a walkway/platform allowing you to get up close and personal.
The only catch? If you want to partake in this once in a lifetime experience, you'll either need to reside in, or catch a plane to, the Philippines. It's moments like this when you wish you had a transporter!
